allow users to create albums?

The title pretty much says everything.

All permissions are set properly that I know of.

again: RTFM! Regular users can't create albums in public categories.

Since this thread is already open I might as well ask you here...

"seen from the root path of your coppermine install" for custom header.
If this is the file path /gallery/theme/sample/header.php   do I just have to use that path for it to show?
