How to upgrade old version of coppermine to new one ?

Hi,

I got coppermine gallery version 1.3.2 as a pre installed script from my web provider
as a result I dont see some features listed under
http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#album_prop

Please tell me how to upgrade it to the present version ?

By the way is it possible to upload audio and video in the 1.3.2 version of coppermine ?
