Hello,
I want to use coppermine, but I"m not able to install it.
Settings I used:
MySQL Host: allhyper.com
MySQL Database Name: club15_mysql
MySQL Username: club15_mysql
and my password, which only contains letter and numbers. If I do it this way I get the following error message: Admin username and password must only contain alphanumeric characters. I can't use another username, because I got it from the server carrier.

Can anyone tell me what I have to change?
The server carrier said this shouldn't be a server problem.

If you are sure they are alphanumeric then see if this thread applies.
