How to add album specific information to its thumbnail view

Hi
I would be incredibly happy if someone could please give me a solution for this. I would like to add a gallery specific information section to its thumbnail view screen. By this I mean how this site has added the links, biography and profile section:

would be best to ask the owner of the site you refered to how he accomplished that.
