Hi, I can't seem to figure out how to create a public album where normal registered users can upload files to... can you help me figure it out.

Yes I am looking through them as we speak, but I just cannot figure it out, what am I missing?

Do I need to do it through a category? I did read that if you don't have many albums then you don't need to make any categories, so I haven't - could that be my problem?
