Can SMF forum users post photos?

I integrated the gallery with my SMF forum.
I don't know how to allow users to post their photos in public galleries. Is there a way to solve this?

Please read the docs: allow upload to public albums on coppermine's groups manager in general, then enable upload to particular albums by going to an album's properties screen and set "visitors can upload" to yes. Has been asked many times over.
