help please! An error...
« on: April 11, 2006, 01:25:29 am »

I just downloaded Coppermine with a new host, because my hold went crazy and my gallery never worked right. But anyway, thats another story. I installed it with my host's script (where they did it for me). And when trying to view it I get this error:

Notice: Undefined index: debug_mode in /home/www/lynnie-d.com/gallery/include/functions.inc.php on line 96
Fatal error :
There was an error while processing a database query

What should I do? I've never seen this error before and i'm not sure what it means.  ??? thanks in advance!  ;D

Don't use Fantastico.  Download 1.4.4 from us and install it yourself.

It wasn't from Fantastico...it was from Elefante scripts, or something like that. I've tried to download it before, and i couldn't get it to work right so I figured if it was pre-installed it would be a lot easier for me. is there no way to fix that error?

We can't help if you use a preinstaller since we don't know what they did to the code. You will need to download the package from our site, and read the documentation. If you have trouble, you can search the board. If you can't find the answer, you can ask a specific question about what's troubling you.
