How can i show how many useres have registerd ??
and how can i send a email to all registerd users ??

those features haven't been build in, you'll have to code them for yourself (just query the table cpg11d_users). Maybe someone who reads this wants to code this as add-on?

This features might go into a future version of coppermine...

If you're not a coder I suggest you take a look at Coppermine 1.1.1 that provides linking the user management of a bbs and coppermine. Most bbs have a feature to show the number of registered users, users online and also an admin function to send emails to all registered users.
