Problem with themes

Hi

Earlier I had a problem with getting my themes to work. Yesterday I've found the problem and now I use a skin called Oxygen. Today I wanted to try a new theme but when I change it to something else, it stays with "Oxygen". No matter what standard skin I choose it wont change. Do I do anything wrong?
