The file 'albums/userpics/10001/tnBH-0001.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

Cmd line :
/usr/bin/convert -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 80x100 'albums/userpics/10001/tnBH-0001.jpg' 'albums/userpics/10001/thumb_tnBH-0001.jpg'

If you really have ImageMagick installed on the server then you need to set the correct path to it in config. If you don't then try GD2.
