Admin can't upload

I am just trying to setup y system and test and upload.
I have created some ablums but when I try to upload, i get ane error message and
Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files   

What am I doing wrong?

well, create at least one album if there is none you're allowed to upload to (by default, there is none). Please read the docs.
