I installed cpg1.4.3 but when I enter to the system I just see empty albums and no way to upload pictures so I thought that maybe I need to login as an admin, I change the url and entered to the admin.php, but it says I have no permissions, I reviewed the users table and my user is the admin group. My question is how do I enter to the admin page and how do I upload pictures??????

yes, you log in as admin in the first place to upload or change permissions to allow anonymous uploads. Post a link to your site. You should use the most recent stable version cpg1.4.4
