Problem uploading through XP Web Publishing

Hey there, I used to be able to upload pics through my XP Web Publishing feature and it worked perfectly, but now when I create a new album and try to upload the pics into it using the Web Publishing it says that it has been successful in uploading the pics, however when I check my gallery it had only made the new album but no pictures inside it. Wondering if you could help.

make sure that the albums folder and everything within it is writable for the webserver (CHMOD as suggested in the docs)
