Page Not Found error off ALBUM button

This is a new install.   Uploaded files, Set Permissions, Created DB, Ran Install.   Everything appeared OK.  But when I click on the ALBUM button I get a Page Not Fiound Error.  And if I go to upload a file I get an error that I do not have an Album set up.
Further testing yields Page Not Found error when I click the CONFIG button.
Suggestions?

Disregard this post.
Forgot to check the most obvious...some files did properly upload to my site.   I uploaded the missing files and am now able to work with the software.
