1. I installed cpg1.4.4 locally (WAMP) played with it and liked it..worked perfectly.
2. Installed cpg1.4.4 - fresh standalone install (no other CMS or php application) - install went well.
3. Did batch upload - went fine
4. Thumbnails appear properly for each album on the main page
5. Other: permissions (CHMODs) are set at 777 for Albums folder, everything works except problem below.

Problem: when i click on the thumbnail for an album the pages changes but the image is NOT displayed - no error message, just
stays on the same view even though the url changes to http://www.mydomain.com/thumbnails.php?album=2

If i manually cut and paste a url in, for example, http://www.mydomain.com/displayimage.php?album=2&pos=1
it works just fine (I did this by running the wamp version to get the url syntac)

any help would be greatly appreciated.
