Suscribe to new images

Suscribe to new images, then the users suscribed can get a notification, when somebody upload a new image in "X ALBUM"

has been requested before many times. The coppermine dev team is reluctant to add features that results in even more emails being sent, so I doubt that your request will go into coppermine's core.
