Changing The Nav Bar

I'm currently using the giallo theme and wanted to change some of the titles of the links on the left.

Is there anyway of doing this ???

And is there a way of reordering the links?

yes. you can reorder them as you like. everything is in the theme.php. search the forum for more details. its a common question.

Go to the sample theme's theme.php and copy what you want to change, then paste into your theme's theme.php. Make the changes in that file.
