Configure error after install/v.1.2.1

I got fresh insatall and cannot go to configure screen.
What is a group table?

Coppermine critical error:
The group table does not contain the Anonymous group !

The groups table in the database is missing a default group.  This would indicate a bad installation.  Remove all CPG files, and delete all tables in the CPG database.  Download the package again (in case the download was corrupted) and try to install a second time.
