IE blew up the layout... again

This one  I have no idea what's going on.

I'm using IE 6, and now the things like the image view buttons and clickable text in administration mode (the stuff that's supposed to be put on top of the button images) is now out of place. I don't remember touching this code and I don't remember if it was like this in IE before.

I can't even seem to spot a potential cause for this. Anyone have any ideas?

Problem only occurs in MS IE

heh.... what is it when I don't post on this forum it takes me days to figure it out... and then no more than 10 minutes after I post here, I figure it out or find what's wrong. Must be some sort of insight or inspiration modifyer here or something.
