phpBB integration

I have searched the forums and have found no single topic which gives a complete detailed discussion on how to integrate coopermine to phpBB. I want to integrate cpg1.4.3 to phpBB 2.0.19.

Do I have to install them both seperately first? Or do I have to do what?

How can I do these? Can anyone direct me to any tutorials or stuff? Thanks!  :D
