I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpbb:
cannot login to CPG after bridge, just keeps taking me back to phpbb page

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.creatingwithpaper.com/forums 
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forums/ 
Use post-based groups?:  0 
Cookie prefix:  creaforu_phpbb

Probably something simple (stupid) but I cannot figure this out!  Under the config section of phpbb it lists my cookie name as creaforu_phpbb, which I assume is the cookie prefix right?  At least according to the docs.

Doing my best not to ask stupid questions and waste your time, but I don't have an option for cookie path

I am using the bridgemgr.php tool, not editing this manually.

These are the only options I have (if I uncheck the "hidden" fields)

Cookie  prefix:

Sorry, totally skipped right over that part when I read the instructions, and here I thought I was SO thorough this time!
