Slight theme config question

Hi.. i am busy intergrating a gallery into a websites iframe but because of the size the iframe is scrolling.. how do i change the colours of the scroll bar?! Ok, that sounds bad.. i know how to do it normally as the other pages are all sorted but because the gallery button links to the index.php file of the gallery i have no idea how to add the relevant code?!

add the (non-standards-compliant) scrollbar CSS code to http://www.evolutionfmx.co.za/gallery/themes/powerbookg4/style.css
