HELP PLEASE !

When trying to upload photos to our site we get the following errors

Failed to create directory albums/userpics/10022 !

File: /vhost/vhost2/e/n/l/enlyten.org/www/user_galleries/db_input.php - Line: 229


Warning: mkdir(albums/userpics/10022): Permission denied in /vhost/vhost2/e/n/l/enlyten.org/www/user_galleries/db_input.php on line 228

What does this mean - can any body help out - this is disrupting the services to our users from our new website :(

CHMOD albums/userpics to 777/755 using your FTP client.
