Error in init.inc.php

I have this while trying to upgrade.  I had the problems in batch add so I was forced to reinstall this version again and again.  It worked the first time and now this is all I get no matter how I delete and install stuff!  >:( 

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/virtual/site53/fst/var/www/html/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 265

Please help me!!!

Never mind.  Just reinstalled coppermine.:)
