delete coppermine by accident

Heey you,

I have a question, i was a litte to hurry when i update my site. Now the problem is that i have delete the folder coppermine. In this album there where 700 photo's. Is there a way to get it back??

Please help me.

That would depend entirely on you and your host's backup arrangements.
