Error when commenting on a picture

I get this error after submitting a picture comment:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpggetuserdata() (previously declared in *root*/include/init.inc.php:44)

in *root*/include/init.inc.php on line 44

Coppermine is inserted into an oscommerce site

It's an issue with the oscommerce thing and has been posted before without resolution. I suggest you seek support from whoever you got the hack from.
