Problems with Batch-Upload!

Hello!
My english is not the best,  ;D but i hope you understand my problem. Every time anything ok at the batch-upload. now, today come this error-message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 26214400 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2000 bytes) in .../cfg133/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 216

Why?  ??? The server isn't full...  :o

Have you and idea? Thank you for your help...

It means the pics you are adding are too big, resize them before upload.
