How can I find the menue in file?

Hi,

I am trying to find out where the up menue is in file, can any body tell me please?
I am talking about the menues  like Home, My gallary etc...
is there an including file some where?

They are in include/themes.inc.php. Copy the sections you wish to change into your theme's theme.php and then modify them there.

I have inergrated album with smf
I have an seperate header.php
I wan the menue to go to my header.php which I have made it
and remove the gallery menue

I looked at include/themes.php

I can not figure it our the exact links
How can I acheive this?
