CPG 1.4.3 bridge to SMF 1.0.5

when i login in SMF and after open CPG, wokring, i can see link "logout" (currently i'm logged), but when a click on "Logout" in CPG, it open
"CPG/logout.php?referer=index.php" (blank page) i want to open "SMF/index.php?&action=logout"    or    "../index.php"?!?!??!

and again when open CPG , and click in "Login" then it opening "CPG/login.php?referer=index.php" (again blank page)

"My profile" link opening "CPG/profile.php?op=edit_profile" (blank page)

what can i do?
