Help: Warning upload file????

My gallery has been working fine for a long time and just today when my members try to upload this comes up:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/php1d2OyA' to './albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_b74da356.jpg' in /home/scrap4/public_html/gallery/upload.php on line 1197


What does this mean?  and how can I fix it??

CHMOD albums/edit to 777/755 and update your gallery.

Thanks for the fast reply.  I am pretty new to this though and don't understand what you mean?   :-[  Could you explain it in lame mans terms?
