User's can't upload files...?

Hi,

Some of my users are having trouble uploading files. Actually, the problem occurs when they try to add an (apparently successfully) uploaded image to an album. They get this error:

Disk quota exceeded

You have a space quota of 1024K, your files currently use 1009K, adding this file would make you exceed your quota.

But I don't see any space quotas set up in the config area. there is a maximum size for any image, but where are these disk quotas defined?
