CPG and SMF groups not sync up.

Coppermine install: http://ccfmission.com/gallery/
Forum install: http://ccfmission.com/bb/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.3
Forum version: SMF 1.0.5
Test user account: test1 / test1  -->  This user account belong to default smf group (ungrouped)
Test user account: test2 / test2  -->  This user account belong to a custom smf group

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://ccfmission.com/bb
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../bb/ 
Use post-based groups?:  0 

The problem is I have 4 custom groups setup from SMF and I tried sync up with the CPG group.  All I see in the group is still
Administrators
Registered
Guest
Banned

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Search the forum the whole morning and could not find an answer.  As soon as after I posted the question, then found the answer.  The problem is solved.  Thanks.
