Video in Coppermine

I am using Coppermine to have .mov hiles in a gallery. I am wondering why some files load up right and some give me a white question mark where file should play?

not posting a link to a page with a missing mov file is a clever move if you don't need support and just wanted to let us know that you have issues. ::)
