When its Possible which Modifications i need for it?

The page you refered to doesn't use coppermine. However, you can accomplish similar things using Coppermine. Take a look at the demo and use the "choose a theme" dropdown to get an idea what visual integration is possible.
In the future, use a better subject and post what feature exactly you're looking for.
