Search Problems

I have just installed 1.2.1.  Very nice install, thanks.

The problem I am having is the search function.  I may be off a bit here but is this not supposed to search the description and the keywords?  At the moment I only have test in the keywords and all searches return no results.  Please help!  This is critical.  If I cannot get this to do a boolean search at the very least, on the keywords, then I'm going to have to dump it and find something else and I really do not want to do that. :?

What is the keyword field for?

I give up, what's it for.  You cannot search on it with the current code, so why is it there.  I just discovered that the search function only searches the description field.  Wazzup with that?
