Newly registered user can't upload pics.

On 2nd screen, when you should select album where to place, such error occures:

Warning: rename(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid/gid is 5255/5255 is not allowed to access /mounted-storage/home7/sub003/sc14289-FOQH/damireke.com/albums/userpics/10317 owned by uid/gid 99/99 in /mounted-storage/home7/sub003/sc14289-FOQH/damireke.com/upload.php on line 2229

I know that it's somewhat related to permission rights, but I've double-checked everything, and it's all 777. Hovever, I've noticed strange thing - intermediate pictures are in edit folder, and they've had permission set to 666. I can't change permissions even from main ftp account.

Is this caused by my host problem or gallery problem? I haven't touched anything in past weeks....
