How do you Dump the old database on upgrades
« on: December 13, 2005, 04:23:13 am »

Am upgrading and this may seem like a really silly question but databases are not my forte.  How do I dump the database as prescribed to in the instructions.  Thanks for any advice you can offer.

That's a question to ask your host since they know better what tools are available for you to use, and how to use them.

Thanks. Its ok now anyway I just did a back up and downloaded it and then just did the upgrade.  Hopefully I did it correctly.  Seems to be working fine anyway.
