New version not working

I tried to upgrade to the ne version but it is missing the config.php file so i reinstalled the old version but now i am getting this error:

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/albumef/public_html/index.php:751) in /home/albumef/public_html/themes/meltingfilm_left/theme.php on line 806

Can you please help?  my site is www.albumefoto.com  and the error comes at the bottom of the page

did you do as suggested in the downgrade section in the docs?
