implement a button to a picture that link to another page

hi
i want to put a button (could also be a textlink) to a special  website where i may send scaling the picture to mms-format. but how may i install this button or textlink?

I don't get the point - please give us a link to the page where you want this button to appear (plus a description "where on this special page"). If you want it to appear on each and every page, the place to go is /themes/yourtheme/theme.php
If you want it to appear only once, try including a link in the description text of the pic - you can use bbcode there (same as here on the support board).
