No Admin Rights after installation

After installing my coppermine
it tells me that im about to bo logged in .. Then i see the starting page of the photo galery .. but i dont have admin Rights or i dont see the Admin mode Button

I set the rights for albums and includes to 777
-Edit-
On the top of the page is al Error messeage:

Warning: Undefined property: active in /mnt/ja1/06/593/00000019/htdocs/cpg142/include/debugger.inc.php on line 43

I already deleted the whole folder an re copied it onto the server... i also deleted the mysql entrys and reinstalled coppermine 
but that didnt change a thing
My data is:
PHP version 5
Mysql 4.0.8
Strato Premium XE Paket

Please Help me!!!!

Solved it my self using board search  ::).

If by Strato paket you mean autoinstaller, try running update.php. If that doesn't work, get a fresh copy of the files from our site and follow the instructions on doing an upgrade.

Strato is the name of the Webhost.
And i tryed to upload cpg ones more and cange alumbs and include to 777 but when i start install.php there are some mistakes and wen i type in all the values of the sql database but when i go to the log in i can't and tehre are no graphic's only text.
And i got no idea y that's...

I thought it was already installed. If it's already installed, you shouldn't use install.php unless you intend to start over.

I now already installed cpg but got the message
