admin password problem

I have a huge password problem. I forgot it and I can't even click on the "I forgot my password" link, cause the email adresse I used at my gallery is not current. I can't login there.

Is there any chance that I can get my password?

Help me please.  :-\\

If you have phpmyadmin, you can see the password in the cpgprefix_users table.

I have it, but I don't know how to install it. It seems complicated? I don't understand the install rules.

Usually your webhost has this tool already installed - ask them if they provide phpMyAdmin and if they do, what is the URL.

Thank you! My host has this tool installed and they sent me the link. But I don't have the "cpgprefix_users table" file.
