I cannot believe I did this to myself.  It is the result of starting too early and being in too much of a hurry.

In short,  I run a website with phpbb version 2.018.

I was uploading the coppermine basic verion and noticed that I had inadvertently uploaded them to my main directory.

After doing that, instead of doing the logical smart time saving step of downloading to a junk directory in case I screwed up I just deleted them.   

<snip>  I just figured it out.  I'd deleted my config.php file! I had a backup handy and uploaded but big scare there for a minute.  Sorry I posted in a panic.  It's part of why I screwed up in the first place.

Next time, post a more appropriate topic.  "I am the biggest idiot in the history of the world" has got to be the dumbest topic I've seen.  If you need help, be more specific in the future.
