Cant upload

Hi all,
Im sure you see lots of noobs like me but seriously..
You keep saying to CHMOD the stuff to 777 or 775 which i have done..
But it wont allow me to upload :(


I keep getting this message:
File Name/URL   Error Message
1. 2005.06.26.02.58.47.png   Exceeded filesize permitted by CPG.


on virtually any picture i attempt to upload, no matter size.

I have tried changing the allowed upload size (KB) in config and php.ini... no change

any ideas?

what's the allowed file size set in coppermine's config? Post a screenshot. Read as well http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble
