When I go to User mode it spews html

Hello, I am having a problem with my board. When I select user mode I see this

yes I did try searching but I must have missed that post. Here is the Link. Im pretty sure its not my theme becasue it does it no matter what theme I use. I tried macosx theme too and it did the same thing
