I am the admin of my gallery always have been and always will be.. But when i try and click config or Upload Pictures i get

You don't have permission to access this page.

Any Ideas.. ??

I don't think its a cookie problem done many searches but nothing significant has come up.

the test user account you posted doesn't appear to have upload permissions, so it's impossible to check. Take a look at the sticky thread in this sub-board and the upload troubleshooting section on the tutorials page (link at top of this page).
Please use a better subject for the threads you start next time.
