Disgusting stupid SAFE MODE ON

here's the result with Apache owning my pictures and directories dummy and 10001 too.
Now i can't even remove the directories nor the pictures  :(
Can somebody help me ?

try switching on silly_safe_mode. If this doesn't help, contact your webhost.
