Problem with uploaden

Hoi,
I try to explane my problem in Englisch (dutch girl). I have the following message when ik try to upload pics.
Warning: filemtime() [function.filemtime]: stat failed for ./albums/edit/. in /home/heetstefotonet/HTML/cpg/upload.php on line 440

Warning: unlink(./albums/edit/.) [function.unlink]: Permission denied in /home/heetstefotonet/HTML/cpg/upload.php on line 453

I try to read the FAQ but i cannot see the solution???

Make sure you have a folder named 'edit' in your albums folder.
Make sure the 'edit' folder has been chmod to 777 or 755
