I hope you won't mind I opened up a new topic for this. I replied to a topic where someone had the same problem as me, but his problem got away by using php 4 instead of php 5. I however am using php 4:

PHP 4.3.2 (cgi), Copyright (c) 1997-2003 The PHP Group
mysql  Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.21, for pc-linux (i686)
Server version: Apache/2.0.46

Last CPG version.

I fill in all details in the install.php first screen, click on the button, but get a blank page (just with the logo). I don't see any errors in access_log or error_log. I do see errors if I don't fill out the form completely, so I assume php works OK.

I'm sorry for asking this question again. In my defense: I did go through the FAQ's and the forums, but I was only searching in the "CPG 1.3 Standalone Support" forum.

I am also having the same problem and FAQ's don't have this topic. I followed the instruction to download and unzipped then upload to my web hosting space. I put the folder to where all my web server files are and named the folder "coppermine", I open an IE then typed http://www.myserver.com/coppoermine/install.php I got a blank screen, total white. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
