You either have 'Number of columns on thumbnail page' or 'Number of rows on thumbnail page' set to 0. Don't.

What board ?

Enable debug mode and post the MySQL error message that you receive.

coppermine is not a bulletin board, but an online photo gallery, that's why the term "board" doesn't apply. Anyway, you are meant to turn on debug_mode for everyone and turn off notices_display, and of course you'll have to switch it back online.

I'm having a different problem now too, everytime I change the conf. they don't change they just back to being all blanks an a message pops up saying. "There was an error while processing a database query" Can someone tell me what I've done wrong and how to fix this?

as suggested: you need to enable debug_mode to find out what query actually fails. If you can't access the config page, use a tool like phpMyAdmin or similar to directly manipulate the settings in your database. Browse coppermine's config table and set "debug_mode" from "0" to "1".

I won't support phpMyAdmin. Read the necessary stuff on the page I refered to. If this is all too complicated for you, hire someone.
