My old theme links to the old CPG site

I made a custome theme a while back which I still use, but the link (Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery at the bottom) is to the old site. How can I change this so it links interested people here?

(by the way, wans't sure where to post this question. Feel free to move it.  A theming forum might be cool)
